What’s Your Vibe?

Take a good look at your life.  What kind of energy is in it?  Do you experience anger or a lot of negativity?  Do you experience positive and uplifting moments?

Now that you have considered that for a moment, think about what kind of energy you are putting into the world.  Newton’s third law states, “For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”  This law affects everything we do physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually.  The energy you are putting out into the world is coming back to you whether you realize it or not.

If you are internally angry, you are most definitely putting that vibe out into the world.  And, it is most likely coming back to you with an equal or greater force.  As hard as it may be to admit that you might be causing some of the things that are happening in your life, it is necessary to be honest and open with yourself.  As you examine the areas that are unpleasant to you, consider how you might be contributing to the situation. After you have figured out that piece, consider what you can do to change the situation so that it is more pleasant.

This is a very simple and high level overview of how it works, but it is a helpful starting place.  You can make changes to improve your life.  Pick one area at a time to work on so that you don’t overwhelm yourself.  Set small, measurable, attainable goals so that you don’t get easily discouraged and quit.  Change is possible and it is within your grasp!
